How to log in to the Pulsifi App (Talent Hub & My Career)

Modified on Wed, 14 Jan at 10:48 AM

We recently upgraded our login system to provide stronger security, better reliability, and a simpler sign-in experience.

This guide explains how to log in to the Pulsifi app to access the Talent Hub and My Career using our updated login experience. It includes all login flows, including first-time login, returning users, two-factor authentication (2FA) and password resets. Please ensure you use the work email address associated with your Pulsifi account.

If your account was created before this upgrade, you may be asked to reset your password once. This ensures your account works with the new system.

Note: Accounts created after the upgrade will not need a password reset.

1. First-Time Login

If this is your first time logging in, you will first receive an email invitation from Pulsifi.

1.1 First-Time Login (SSO Users - Passwordless)

Some organizations use Single Sign-On (SSO), which means you log in using your company account credentials (e.g., Microsoft or Google) and do not need a Pulsifi password.

Steps:

  1. Receive a login invitation email from your company via Pulsifi.

  1. Click Log in in the email.

  2. You will be taken to the Pulsifi login page. Your email address is pre-filled.

  3. Click Continue.

If you are already signed in to your company account:

  • You will be logged in automatically and taken to the Pulsifi homepage.

If you are not signed in yet:

  • You will be redirected to your company’s login page.

  • Enter your company credentials and sign in.

  • You will then be redirected back to the Pulsifi homepage.

1.2 First-Time Login (Non-SSO Users - Password Required)

If your organization does not use SSO, you will log in using a temporary password sent to your work email. You will then create a new Pulsifi password.

Steps:

  1. Receive a welcome email from Pulsifi containing a temporary password.

Steps are the same as Non-SSO login above, with one extra step:

  1. After creating a new password, you will be asked to set up 2FA.

  2. A QR code will appear on screen.

  3. Scan it using any authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator).

  4. Enter the 6-digit code from the app.
