I am not able to upload my resume — what do I do? 

There are a few reasons why this is happening. Please check the following to find out which applies to you: 

1. Your document exceeds 5MB which is the maximum file size allowed. Reduce the size of your document and try again. 
2. Certain formatting or graphic elements are blocking the upload. This is a common issue for resumes created using an online resume builder. Reduce the elements in question or upload a Word version of your resume instead. 
3. The system detects a virus within your resume file or your device. Create a clean copy of your resume on an alternate device and try again. Note that copy-pasting your original document might transfer the virus to the new document and prevent your resume from being uploaded, yet again. 
4. Try converting your document from DOC/DOCX format to PDF or vice versa and upload again.

If you have checked the above and still aren’t able to upload your resume, please raise a ticket with us.

I have completed all my Personal Details but I am unable to click Next to move the next step.

This is most probably because you have used the Autofill function when completing your Personal Details. Please re-enter all details manually and retry again.

I am currently residing in China and is applying for a position outside of China, and I am unable to select my City of Residence.

To resolve this, you will need to use a VPN to complete the application.

I applied to the wrong job, am no longer interested in the job or have another job offer — what should I do?

Simply withdraw your job application by clicking on the three-dot action icon on the right-hand corner of the job application and selecting to Withdraw. Once you confirm your withdrawal from the job, you will not be able to reapply for the position.
