I am not able to upload my resume — what do I do?
There are a few reasons why this is happening. Please check the following to find out which applies to you:
Your document exceeds 5MB which is the maximum file size allowed. Reduce the size of your document and try again.
Certain formatting or graphic elements are blocking the upload. This is a common issue for resumes created using an online resume builder. Reduce the elements in question or upload a Word version of your resume instead.
Covert the PDF to DOCX or vice versa
Rename the file to a simple name like My Resume.pdf

I applied to the wrong job, am no longer interested in the job or have another job offer — what should I do?
Simply withdraw your job application by clicking on the three-dot action icon on the right-hand corner of the job application and selecting to Withdraw. Once you confirm your withdrawal from the job, you will not be able to reapply for the position.
I am currently residing in China and is applying for a position outside of China, and I am unable to select my City of Residence.
To resolve this, you will need to use a VPN to complete the application.

Can I un-withdraw an application?
You are unable to un-withdraw an application after you selected Withdraw. You are not allowed to re-apply for the same position after withdrawal
