I forgot my password and have clicked on the Don't remember your password? link for a new password but have not received a password reset email. 

If your details are correct, you should receive a password reset email within 5 minutes. There are several possible reasons why you haven’t. Please check the following to find out which is applicable to you:

1. You have not signed up to a Pulsifi account or the email you are using is not the same one you originally signed up with
2. You previously logged in via Google, LinkedIn or Facebook instead of typing in a username and password
3. The password reset email was directed to your junk/spam folder

If you have checked the above and still aren’t able to log in, kindly contact us via the Submit a Ticket page and we’ll work to resolve the issue.  

I would like to delete my profile from your platform — how do I do that?

You can request for an account deletion via the Submit a Ticket page. Please include the name and email address you used to sign up to your Pulsifi account in the email. 

Does Pulsifi collect any personal data beyond what I have consented to provide during the sign-up and assessment process?

Pulsifi does not collect any personal data beyond what is explicitly requested.

Does Pulsifi track user activity within its website?

Pulsifi tracks user activity within our website for user support and product user interface improvements only.

Will Pulsifi track my social media and other 3rd party online activities?

Pulsifi does not track any 3rd party online activities.

Does Pulsifi comply with any data privacy regulations?

Pulsifi's data privacy policies are modeled to comply with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
